We are seeking an experienced eCOA/IRT specialist to lead complex support, oversee data delivery and quality, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product and project teams to ensure reliable systems across studies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary escalation point for complex eCOA support issues.
• Collaborate with clients and project teams for eCOA delivery.
• Maintain eCOA systems and oversee support processes.
• Oversee other delivery team members as needed.
• Lead change control for studies during maintenance.
• Develop and update FAQ and training materials.
• Identify support data trends and root causes.
