Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Project Manager to oversee delivery of eCOA projects for internal and external clients in the United States. You will drive day-to-day execution, manage scope, budget, timelines and quality, and coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to meet study goals.

Could require international travel as needed. Strong leadership, English fluency, and a background in clinical research are essential to succeed in this role at IQVIA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.
• PM principles knowledge; PMP/PRINCE II certification is a plus.
• Clinical research experience and GCP understanding preferred.
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills.
• Fluency in English; ability to work across functions.
• Technical background in software/clinical technologies helpful.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day implementation of eCOA projects.
• Lead internal staff and coordinate project support services.
• Define and monitor scope, budgets, timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to quality, policies and client standards.
• Review contracts and project plans; validate assumptions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve study goals.
• Build strong customer relationships and drive satisfaction.
• Communicate needs and solution options to customers.
• Provide updates to sponsors and IQVIA leadership.
• Manage risk, issues, and actions; monitor project performance.
