Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in health care or related field required.
• 2 years of relevant ICU/critical care experience required.
• Completion of ECMO training program; training provided.
• Licensure as RN (MI) or Respiratory Therapist upon hire required.
• BLS/ACLS certification upon hire (AHA or ARC).

Responsibilities

• Provide MCS/ECMO support to adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• Apply clinical judgement and best practices; collaborate with nursing staff.
• Educate, train, and participate in data abstraction and quality improvement.
• Support the MCS/ECMO program as directed by the Manager.
