Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of experience in ECM, primarily execution.
• SPAC experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and team player.

Responsibilities

• Originate and execute transactions including IPOs and Private Placements.
• Develop client relationships with key institutional investors.
• Liaise with internal and external parties to drive deal process.
• Lead pitch drafting and transaction marketing documents.
• Analyze and present deal data for management teams.
• Support business and marketing initiatives.
