Job summary

Epicor invites a Senior Consulting Services Consultant to implement and customize Eclipse solutions for our clients, optimizing their operations and ensuring high satisfaction. You will coach PS Consultants, deliver projects on time, collaborate with clients to map business processes, and stay current with Eclipse features.

Remote work is available; occasional travel up to 60% may be required across the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epicor Eclipse software experience.
• Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated success in the distribution industry.
• 3+ years of consulting experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor PS Consultants ensuring consistent and high standards of service delivery.
• Implement Eclipse solutions to meet client requirements.
• Customize and configure Eclipse software according to client specifications.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support for clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
• Achieve and exceed project goals and timelines.
• Continuously learn and apply new features and functionalities of Eclipse software.
