Job summary

Deploy's client is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to support Epicor Eclipse ERP across the enterprise, including system configuration, conversions, and integration of acquired companies.

The role requires 5+ years in ERP analysis, Eclipse ERP expertise, and strong analytical and communication skills. Located in Atlanta, GA, you will collaborate with IT and business teams to optimize processes and deliver reliable ERP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in an ERP Analyst or equivalent role.
• Eclipse ERP support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ERP system support and update system configuration for conversions.
• Assist in best practices for Eclipse ERP and interfacing applications.
• Create documentation, policies, workflows, and user guides.
• Train end users and develop reusable resources for implementation.
• Leverage Eclipse WMS knowledge to establish best practices and sites' usage.
• Support migration of acquired companies to Epicor Eclipse and SOP revisions.
• Define ERP requirements for product development and project tailoring.
• Write and execute functional test plans for ERP changes or custom development.
• Work independently on test plans and coordinate with ERP Manager/IT for complex issues.
