Sentara Leigh Hospital in Norfolk, VA seeks a Senior Echocardiographer to perform Echo, Stress Echo, TEE, and Doppler studies across Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP/Cath Lab, OR, ICU and bedside. The role requires 3 years of experience and ARDMS/RDCS/RCS certification within 12 months of hire.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's or Associate degree in Cardiovascular Technology (or a high school diploma with Echo Tech experience). BLS is required. Competitive base pay with comprehensive benefits.

City/State Norfolk, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Leigh in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Senior Echocardiographer Shift: Flexi Position Overview: Echocardiographer will perform Echo and Stress Echo tests, Transesophageal (TEE) Echocardiogram, and Doppler ultrasound. Echocardiographer will work in Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab, EP and Cath Lab, OR, ICU and will also work with patients at the bedside.

3 years of experience required Required Education: Bachelor's Level Degree, Associate's Level Degree - CARDIOVASCULAR TECHNOLOGY OR High School Diploma. Echo Tech experience in lieu of education: Yes License and Certifications: Basic Life Support Required Adult echocardiography registry (ARDMS, RDCS or RCS) required within 12 months of hire.

The base pay range for full-time employment is $48.06 - $73.51 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
