Job summary

Kona Community Hospital is seeking an Imaging Specialist IV (Echo Specialist) for full-time, on-site Hawaii duties. The position requires ARDMS RDCS certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, with 1.5 years of imaging experience.

Compensation is 66,324–94,428 USD per year, negotiable based on experience. The role includes performing echocardiography procedures, possible cross-training in related modalities, and rotating shifts with weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an JRCERT-approved program.
• ARDMS RDCS certification.
• BLS certification within six months of employment.
• 1.5 years imaging technologist experience with advanced imaging modalities.

Responsibilities

• Perform Echocardiography (including Dobutamine, stress testing, and TE echo).
• Possibly cross-train into related imaging modalities.
• May work rotating shifts, weekends/holidays, standby and callback duty.
