Job summary

Snelling, Llc is seeking an experienced Earth Work Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of proven earthwork supervision on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR). The successful candidate will lead field operations, ensure safety, and guarantee adherence to project specifications.

Responsibilities include coordinating excavation, grading, culvert installation, and coordinating with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain schedule and quality on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven earthwork supervision experience.
• Experience on White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) projects is required.
• Strong dirt work, excavation, grading and culvert installation expertise.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all earthwork activities on site.
• Ensure work meets contract specs, safety standards and quality requirements.
• Manage crew schedules, productivity and on-site problem solving.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and field stakeholders.
• Monitor materials, equipment and subcontractors to maintain progress.
