Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst – Level 3 to join our team in Azusa, CA / Boulder, CO / Colorado Springs, CO. This 100% onsite role supports budgets, schedules, and financial analyses for contract work, with a focus on funding availability and government cost controls.

You will work on Earned Value management tasks including WBS, baseline development, estimates to complete, and variance analysis, and you will brief the customer on monthly EV deliverables while

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of business management or program control experience OR Master’s with 3 years of experience.
Experience with EVM and budgeting.
Experience with accounting systems and EV systems.
Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end reports with Earned Value data.
Perform EVM tasks including WBS, budget baseline, and estimates to complete.
Analyze contracts against parameters and government cost controls.
Develop and review EACs and brief customers on EV deliverables.
Support audits and negotiations as required.
