Job summary

Northrop Grumman Space Sector in Chandler, AZ seeks an Earned Value Management Analyst – Level 3 or 4 to join our central region EVM Center of Excellence. This role partners with the PMO, CAMs, cost analysts, and schedule analysts to implement EVM training and processes.

You will develop training materials, support program baselines, IBRs, and ensure compliance with EIA-748. The position involves collaboration across Business and Program Management teams and multiple interfaces.

Qualifications

• Level 3 requires 5+ years in accounting, finance, business administration, program cost analysis or program scheduling; OR a Master’s with 3+ years.
• Level 4 requires 8+ years in the same domains; OR a Master’s with 6+ years.
• 4+ years of additional experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Mentor PMO, CAMs, cost analysts, and schedule analysts on EVM implementation and execution.
• Develop material and deliver training sessions for various audiences on EVM topics.
• Support program baselines development and IBR preparation/execution with Business and Program Management.
• Conduct and support EVMS reviews (DCMA, Internal Audit) and surveillance to ensure compliance.
• Review and provide feedback on program, division, sector, and corporate processes and procedures.
• Communicate professionally with program teams, stakeholders, and customers.
