Job summary

Merakey is seeking an Early Intervention Program Supervisor to join our Early Intervention division. The role focuses on supervising Service Coordinators, coordinating with pediatricians, and supporting the Program Director in education and county/state initiatives.

The candidate will present a professional and courteous demeanor while upholding Merakey's standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree and at least 3 years of experience in Early Intervention, along with a valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required for consideration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Early Intervention.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to fulfill site visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to parent concerns and complaints; facilitate team meetings.
• Attend OCDEL meetings, county meetings, and community events as required.
• Assist Program Director in recruiting, interviewing, and training new Service Coordinators.
• Assist Program Director in SC supervisions.
• Assist Program Director in ongoing SC education and implementation of county and state initiatives.
• Act as primary contact in Program Director's absence.
• Problem solve billing issues in Program Director's absence.
• Approve payroll and expense reports in Program Director's absence.
