Job summary

Meeting Street seeks a Clinical Supervisor to lead supervision of direct service staff and collaborate with the management team across programs in a variety of environments. This full-time role emphasizes EI coordination, program support, and CQI activities.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field with licensure/certification, three years of supervisory experience with infants and families, and valid CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Three years of supervisory experience with infants, toddlers and families.
• EI Certification standards knowledge or qualification preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with licensure/certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supervision of direct service providers and clinical staff.
• Coordinate with early childhood management on support delivery and program management.
• Monitor and participate in case management reviews and quality improvement activities.
• Meet budgeted productivity expectations and assist in budget development.
• Collaborate with the Department of Human Services on EI-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with DHS supervision policies and procedures.
• Monitor staff performance and productivity regularly.
