KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Sr. Teacher to lead curriculum delivery, mentor teachers, and engage families across our centers. You will create a safe, nurturing space where children can learn through age-appropriate activities and play, while partnering with parents to support each child’s growth.

Qualifications

• 6 months of center-based early childhood education experience.
• Meet state requirements to supervise children alone in a classroom.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.
• Able to see and hear well enough to keep children safe and engage in activities.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents.
• Able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of KinderCare curriculum consistent with each child's needs.
• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in the classroom.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment for play and learning.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for children.
• Support center success; collaborate to achieve enrollment and accreditation goals.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and partners.
