Zusammenfassung

Stantec is seeking an Enterprise Systems Consultant within our Management Consulting Team to support enterprise asset management (EAM) consulting services for local governments and utilities in North America. You will lead technical engagements, translate business needs into system configurations, and collaborate with GIS, ERP, and finance teams.

You will facilitate client workshops, develop data integrations, and guide projects from discovery through go-live while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• Experience with AI, ML, analytics, or automation knowledge.
• 5+ years in EAM/CMMS, asset management, or municipal/utility consulting.
• Experience implementing or optimizing EAM/CMMS solutions.
• Experience with EAM/CMMS platforms such as Trimble, CentralSquare EAM, OpenGov EAM.
• Experience with Esri ArcGIS and EAM/GIS integration.
• Knowledge of databases, SQL, APIs, reporting, and data management.
• Strong analytical, writing, presentation, facilitation, and client skills.
• Project Management experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate AI and automation use cases for asset data quality, work order classification, predictive maintenance, and reporting.
• Evaluate emerging EAM, GIS, AI, analytics, integration, and automation technologies for client solutions.
• Lead EAM technical activities including discovery, requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live.
• Facilitate on-site and remote client workshops; translate needs into requirements and configurations.
• Provide technical integration expertise for EAM with GIS, ERP, finance, fleet, inventory, and other systems.
• Support asset inventory, hierarchy design, inspections, maintenance, lifecycle planning, and KPI development.
• Develop queries, transformations, specs, reports, interfaces, and documentation.
• Serve as trusted advisor; assist with scopes, budgets, proposals, demos, quality control, and mentoring.
• Growth opportunities as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
