Job summary

Stantec is seeking an Enterprise Systems Consultant to support EAM consulting for local governments and utilities in North America. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, lead data migrations and integrations, and drive reporting and documentation.

You will collaborate with on-site and remote clients, grow into project management roles, and leverage AI and analytics to improve asset management and maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Geography, GIS, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related discipline.
• Relevant AI/Generative AI, ML, analytics or automation knowledge.
• 5+ years in EAM/CMMS, asset management, municipal or utility consulting.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing EAM/CMMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI and automation use cases for asset data quality and maintenance.
• Evaluate emerging EAM, GIS, AI, analytics, and automation technologies and translate into client solutions.
• EAM Lead for implementation, requirements, configuration, data migration, integrations, reporting, training, go-live, and support.
• Facilitate on-site and remote client workshops translating needs into functional requirements.
• Provide technical integration expertise across GIS, ERP, fleet, inventory, and other systems.
• Support asset inventory design, maintenance workflows, KPI development.
• Develop database queries, data transformations, reports, interfaces, and documentation.
• Serve as trusted advisor; support project scopes, schedules, and proposals.
• Growth opportunities as Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager.
