Qualificações

• 3+ years at a wholesale brokerage in binding underwriting or broking, with a strong record in commercial E&S.
• Active home state general and surplus lines licenses.
• Producer mindset: ability to sell, build relationships, and close deals.
• Fast-paced execution: capable of generating quotes and servicing policies quickly.
• Clear communicator: writes clearly and adapts tone to agents, carriers, and teammates.
• Organized and accountable: manage multiple priorities and track details.
• Problem-solver: proactive and builds solutions.
• Team-first attitude: supportive and collaborative.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally.

Responsabilidades

• Drive growth by bringing in new business and expanding our carrier footprint.
• Own the quote-bind-issue lifecycle from start to finish for fast, accurate turnarounds.
• Evolve wholesale capabilities, especially binding authority lines, to drive efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to build tools for smoother underwriting.
