Qualifications

• 3+ years at a wholesale brokerage in a binding underwriting or broking role.
• Active home state general and surplus lines licenses.
• Producer mindset with ability to sell, build relationships and close deals.
• Ability to generate quotes and service policies quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and accountable with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth by bringing in new business and expanding carrier footprint.
• Own the quote-bind-issue lifecycle from start to finish with fast turnaround.
• Build and evolve wholesale capabilities, especially binding authority lines.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to improve underwriting tools.
