Hamilton Insurance Group, Ltd. is seeking an Executive Underwriter for U.S. Property in a hybrid or remote role reporting to the Head of U.S. Property.

Lead development and expansion of the U.S. E&S Property portfolio, with emphasis on wholesale broker relationships and high-volume submissions across risk sizes. Travel to key trading partners is required. The role focuses on Excess & Surplus property placements, including catastrophe exposures, for middle market and commercial entities through

Qualifications

• 5+ years as an experienced underwriter in E&S Property
• Strong broker relationship experience in wholesale markets
• Proven ability to manage high-volume under. with speed and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Drive high-volume E&S Property submissions from broker engagement to binding
• Execute full underwriting workflow with risk evaluation, pricing, and terms
• Attend broker meetings and travel to key trading partners
• Mentor new team members and refine underwriting processes
