Job summary
Genesis Resources is seeking an experienced E&S Property & Casualty underwriter with strong product knowledge and exposure to book management, portfolio analytics, underwriting strategy, appetite/pricing changes, and underwriting governance.
Responsibilities include owning a portfolio/segment of E&S P&C business, identifying underwriting opportunities and problems, and serving as a bridge between underwriting and other departments such as Product, Technology and Claims.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial E&S P&C underwriting experience
- Strong analytical/technical underwriting background
- Experience managing a book/segment of business
- Able to lead projects and influence decisions
