Responsibilities

• Assess risk, allocate rate, apply terms, and drive profitability in line with strategy.
• Promote production growth and retention to meet goals.
• Develop agency relationships through in-person visits, calls, and virtual meetings.
• Provide guidance and development to other team members.
• Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulatory laws.
