Qualifications

• Prior non-admitted underwriting experience preferred.
• High level understanding of technical underwriting principles and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

• Assess risk, allocate rate, and drive profitability growth.
• Develop and maintain agency relationships through visits and calls.
• Support onboarding of new agents and train on underwriting guidelines.
