AMWINS USA is seeking an experienced Senior Associate Broker to join our expanding E&S Casualty team. The role focuses on leveraging strong relationships and deep knowledge of E&S insurance to place risk and support brokers and clients in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will bring proven E&S experience, a proactive approach, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to drive growth and career progression within AMWINS USA.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in E&S insurance, preferably within Casualty brokerage and underwriting.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages, market placement, and the submission-to-binding process.
• Established relationships with retail agents and/or carrier underwriters are a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• A positive attitude, willingness to collaborate, and genuine interest in continued learning and professional development.
