You will work with SMEs to develop materials across LMS and mobile platforms, ensuring accessibility and measurable outcomes for Abbott Cancer Diagnostics learners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Education, IT, HR, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or learning experience roles.

• Create multimedia content for multiple delivery systems and platforms.
• Evaluate and revise content to meet learning objectives and ADA standards.
• Apply adult learning principles to crafting effective learning experiences and content.
