Job summary

NANA Worley, LLC in Anchorage, AK seeks an Electrical & Instrumentation Supplier Quality Surveillance Coordinator to lead QA activities across design, fabrication, testing, and delivery of electrical equipment.

You will review vendor documents, manage third-party inspectors, and ensure compliance with project specs and codes, with a focus on FATs, ITPs, and quality records. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; extensive relevant experience.
• 10+ years in electrical/instrumentation industries; 5+ years in supplier quality surveillance or related fields.
• Ability to review datasheets, ITPs, FATs, and MRBs; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQSRs for procurement of critical E&I equipment and ensure qualified inspections.
• Coordinate supplier surveillance and third-party inspection resources across projects.
• Review vendor documentation including datasheets, wiring diagrams, control narratives and FAT procedures.
• Witness FATs as required and monitor surveillance budgets and cost performance.
• Provide technical guidance to inspectors and project stakeholders; ensure compliance with HSE and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks, drive corrective actions, and communicate status and lessons learned.
