Job summary

NANA Worley is seeking an E&I Supplier Quality Surveillance Coordinator to lead quality oversight across the procurement lifecycle for electrical and instrumentation equipment in Anchorage, AK.

The role requires extensive experience with ITPs, FAT procedures, vendor documentation, and coordinating inspectors. You will work with engineering, procurement, and inspection teams to ensure compliance with project requirements and applicable standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent combo of education and experience.
• Ten years in the industry with at least 5 years in supplier quality surveillance or related to electrical/instrumentation equipment.
• Proven ability to review vendor docs including datasheets, ITPs, FATs, calibration records, and MRBs.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQSRs for procurement of critical electrical/instrumentation equipment and ensure inspections by qualified personnel.
• Coordinate supplier surveillance and third-party inspection resources and manage surveillance budgets.
• Review electrical/instrumentation vendor documentation, datasheets, wiring diagrams, FAT procedures, and quality plans.
• Coordinate and witness FAT activities as required and monitor surveillance-related costs.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to inspection personnel and project stakeholders.
