Job summary

NANA Worley is seeking an experienced E&I SQS Coordinator at its Anchorage, AK headquarters. You will liaison between Engineering, Procurement, Suppliers, and third-party inspectors to ensure electrical, instrumentation, automation, and control system equipment meets project specifications and regulatory requirements throughout procurement and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.
• Journeyman Electrician and/or Instrumentation Technician certification preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of relevant industry experience in design, fabrication, inspection, testing, commissioning, maintenance, or supplier quality surveillance of electrical/instrumentation equipment.
• Experience supporting supplier quality surveillance, inspection, testing, commissioning, engineering, construction, or maintenance activities for industrial electrical/instrumentation systems.
• Ability to review and evaluate vendor documentation, ITPs, FAT procedures, calibration records, and quality dossiers; familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop SQSRs for procurement of critical E&I equipment and ensure inspections are performed by qualified personnel.
• Coordinate supplier surveillance activities and review inspection findings and reports.
• Manage third-party inspection resources and track nonconformances and corrective actions.
• Witness FAT activities as required and monitor surveillance budgets and cost performance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to inspection personnel and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with NANA Worley, regulatory, contractual, and HSE requirements.
