Job summary

Sappi in Skowhegan, ME seeks an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Maintenance Leader to drive reliability and continuous improvement for plant equipment. You will oversee power distribution, drives, and instrumentation, guiding maintenance teams and coordinating with operations to reduce total cost of ownership.

The role requires 7-8 years in electrical & instrumentation maintenance, strong PLC knowledge, and a proven track record in leading teams and implementing structured maintenance

Qualifications

• 7-8 years in electrical & instrumentation maintenance and reliability.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution design.
• Experience with PLCs (PLC5, ControlLogix, AB).
• Ability to lead maintenance teams and meetings.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
