Qualifications

• BS in Electrical Engineering or AS in a technical field or Process Control.
• Five+ years electrical maintenance experience; equivalent post-secondary education accepted.
• Experience in maintenance craft, coordination, supervision, planning, or engineering in an industrial setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drive maintenance excellence and ensure safe, reliable, cost‑effective operations.
• Collaborate with Safety, Environmental, Operations, and Reliability leaders.
• Maintain equipment bills of material and review parts for inventory optimization.
• Develop task lists and standard work procedures for new and existing equipment.
• Maximize wrench time through planning and work assignment.
• Assign and redirect work to the maintenance workforce.
