Qualifications
- Strong safety leadership skills.
- 7–8 years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation maintenance and reliability.
- Strong background in power distribution design and problem solving.
- Extensive knowledge in PLCs (PLC5, ControlLogix, and Allen-Bradley systems).
- Thorough knowledge of coordinated drive systems design and troubleshooting.
- Initiative, self-directed, quick learner with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Structured approach to maintenance including processes, procedures, and operational excellence.
- Effective written and verbal communication; able to lead meetings and present to groups.
- Proven leadership in managing maintenance teams.
Responsibilities
- Provides continuous improvement of electrical equipment reliability and functionality.
- Controls and reduces total cost of equipment ownership where possible.
- Focus areas include electrical power distribution, electric drives & controls, and instrumentation plant-wide.
