Qualifications

• JD required.
• CA Bar admission (CA-licensed).
• 5+ years of eDiscovery experience in complex litigations.
• Strong knowledge of eDiscovery law and technologies.
• Hands-on with Relativity and Everlaw.
• Understanding data processing in eDiscovery.
• Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to proactively improve policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery across complex litigations and investigations.
• Develop workflows for Relativity and analytics tools within eDiscovery platforms.
• Advise stakeholders on eDiscovery strategies compliant with policies, laws and regulations.
• Support case teams on eDiscovery-related negotiations and motions.
• Assist clients with updating internal eDiscovery workflows and processes.
• Train new and existing customers on eDiscovery topics.
• Create and refine documentation such as ESI protocols and review workflows.
