Job summary

C.A. Fortune is seeking a Senior E-Commerce Partnership Manager to lead client brands on Amazon, balancing strategic partnerships with hands-on execution. You will manage Vendor and Seller Central activities, optimize the digital shelf, and collaborate with clients to drive growth and profitability.

The role is fully remote with a hybrid option if near Chicago. You will work with cross-functional teams and travel less than 10% for industry events and client meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Amazon.
• Experience partnering with Amazon and using Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Experience with Amazon Advertising and budgeting.
• Strong knowledge of the consumer products industry (CPG).
• Excellent communication and attention to detail; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of clients' brands and portfolios.
• Develop ecommerce strategies across channels to ensure product availability and retention.
• Create and optimize Amazon digital shelf, pricing, and merchandising.
• Identify, track, and report KPIs for clients.
• Guide client meetings with Amazon Vendor Managers.
• Manage vendor and seller accounts, catalogs, and content updates.
