Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting, strategy, analytics, or supply chain optimization.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or similar field.
• Strong communication and relationship skills with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic insights and modeling to guide brand decisions and e-commerce capacity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategy into actionable analyses.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
• Present recommendations and results to executive leadership and brand partners to secure buy-in.
• Drive internal process improvements and documentation to standardize analytics.
