Job summary

Ahold Delhaize USA is seeking a Senior Specialist, E‑Commerce Insights and Business Planning to drive e‑commerce performance across 19 states and 2000+ stores. You will help set the strategy for e‑commerce fulfillment and own analytics and reporting for multi-brand execution.

You will partner across teams to build models, develop insights, and deliver data-driven recommendations that inform strategic decisions and future planning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analysis, data science, network optimization, analytics, and/or supply chain optimization.
• Degree or Equivalent Experience in Statistics, Data Science/Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, or similar field.
• Core Competencies in analyzing data, end-to-end data integration, modeling across languages, and reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL, Excel, and data visualization tool experience (Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve multiple in-house analytical capabilities across teams.
• Develop recommendations to optimize capacity, calibrate fulfillment network, and manage costs.
• Own end-to-end proprietary capabilities; design, code, deploy features, and roadmap.
• Evolve solution ecosystem by adopting best practices and new models.
• Govern data inputs/outputs; develop pipelines and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze company and external data to generate data-driven insights and visuals.
• Collaborate with data teams to enable fulfillment teams and leadership with reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement via retrospectives, budgeting, and process enhancements.
