Job summary

Williams in Houston is seeking an E&C Project Manager III/Senior or Staff to lead large-scale oil and gas projects, applying engineering best practices and ensuring safety, efficiency, and profitability. You will assemble project teams, manage budgets, schedules, and reports, and work with internal and external partners to deliver outcomes that align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering or related field; 5+ years in oil and gas project management for PM III
• Bachelor's or master's preferred in business/engineering management; PMP/PE beneficial

Responsibilities

• Leads a team to implement project plans with significant complexity
• Sets up core project team and coordinates with partners
• Develops and implements project reports, schedules, and costing forecasts
• Manages proposals, evaluations and contractor selection
• Drives solutions to improve economic profit over project life
• Travel up to 50% as required
