Qualifications

• 2+ years with operating SEM metrology systems in semiconductor industry.
• Experience leading projects from kickoff to completion with planning and reporting.
• Ability to interface with customers on technical requirements and schedules.
• Knowledge of metrology solutions to address gaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer technical review meetings.
• Deliver training to new employees and customers.
• Define and implement metrology solutions for applications.
• Document BKMs and procedures.
• Transfer new capabilities to customer sites.
