Responsibilities

• Identify complex problems and needs at the customer site and drive solutions through the work cycle.
• Lead recipe creation to optimize system performance and train PSE/AEs in recipe creation.
• Qualify new technologies/features and perform demos at customer sites.
• Participate in customer demos and follow up on solution execution.
• Develop methodologies to optimize system performance for specific applications.
• Communicate new application capabilities to the customer support team.
• Participate in customer technical review meetings.
