Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Sr Test Engineer, Dynamometer, to lead dynamometer test operations at AMP-2 from commissioning to SOP. You will own dyno stations, mapping efficiency, and validate performance while ensuring data integrity and safety compliance in a greenfield setup.

The role requires 5–8 years in dyno test engineering for EVs, with fluent English required and Arabic preferred, supporting Launch governance and cross-functional problem solving.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (Required).
• 5–8 years in dyno test engineering (EV or automotive).
• Fluent in English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own dyno stations operations and test cycles.
• Maintain dyno readiness, safety compliance, and data integrity.
• Develop automated test sequences and manage test software releases.
• Support launch governance, change control, and capacity verification.
• Comply with HV safety requirements and functional safety standards.
