Job summary

Rehire is seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer III to lead enterprise Dynamics initiatives. You will combine hands-on development with technical leadership, solution architecture, and mentoring responsibilities.

The role focuses on enterprise Dynamics solutions, architecture design, and driving improvements across the environment, with on-site work in The Colony, TX and a direct-hire, full-time arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Dynamics development experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise Dynamics projects.
• Strong Dynamics architecture and customization experience.
• Hands-on with C#, .NET, SQL Server, Power Platform, Azure, APIs and integrations.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
• Lead complex application development projects from design through deployment.
• Define solution architecture and integration strategies.
• Build integrations with enterprise applications and cloud services.
• Develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation tools.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in architecture discussions and long-term technology planning.
• Partner with business leaders to design scalable technical solutions.
• Review code and ensure development standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across the Microsoft Dynamics environment.
