Job summary

Verizon is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst specialized in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales to bridge business needs and IT delivery. You will lead requirements, model processes, and drive end-to-end CRM implementations across multiple teams, including vendor collaboration.

The role emphasizes post-go-live AI and low-code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and AI Builders, plus knowledge transfer to IT for ongoing governance and maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
• Six or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
• Experience as a Technical Business Analyst / Solution Provider in enterprise CRM environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales (Dataverse, model-driven apps, security roles, forms/views, and custom entity design).
• Experience in writing technical/business requirements, mapping specifications, user stories, and backlog refinement.
• Experience leading complex, end-to-end CRM implementations across multi-sprint SDLC/Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements sessions with sales, sales ops, and channel partner stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Map processes across core CRM functions (Lead Management, Opportunity Funnel, Account Hierarchy/DUNS, PRM).
• Certify designs and ensure platform customizations align with out-of-the-box best practices.
• Lead end-to-end CRM delivery from requirements through sprint builds, DVT, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
• Post go-live, prototype and deploy low-code AI solutions using Power Platform and Copilot, with IT handoff for maintenance.
