Job summary

Partner With Synergy in Orlando seeks a Senior Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Developer to own the platform and drive technical direction. You’ll clear the backlog, tighten integrations, and establish deployment discipline in a one-developer environment.

Lead AI/agent initiatives on the Microsoft stack, collaborate with partners, and shape the engineering practice with source control and environments. This is hands-on leadership from day one.

Qualifications

• 5+ years software development experience, including 3+ years with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform.
• Hands-on extension work: C#, JavaScript, and SQL you’ve written and shipped.
• Solutions built in production with environments and solution management.
• Ability to translate non-technical requirements into concrete deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own development across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform: model-driven and canvas apps, flows, Dataverse, plugins, APIs, and client scripting.
• Extend the platform with C#, JavaScript, and SQL where standard options fall short.
• Design and maintain integrations between Dataverse and other systems.
• Build Power BI reporting used by operating teams and leadership.
• Build SharePoint and Microsoft 365 solutions for workflows.
• Collaborate with business to turn vague requests into working solutions and train users.
• Establish engineering practice: source control, environment/solution management, testing, controlled deployment.
• Prototype and deploy AI/agent capabilities (Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Azure AI).
• Work with external partners and MSPs on larger projects.
