Job summary

Soni is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to lead design, development, and integration of enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The role is hands-on (80% development, 20% business analysis) in a Microsoft-centric environment.

The ideal candidate will bring deep experience with .NET/C#, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure, and will mentor junior developers while delivering scalable, maintainable solutions and robust production support.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience with enterprise applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 development, customization, and integration.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, SQL Server, REST APIs, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Service Bus).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, test, deploy, and support Dynamics 365 applications and integrations
• Develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365, .NET/C#, Azure, Dataverse, REST APIs, and SQL Server
• Configure Dynamics 365 to meet business requirements
• Develop and support Power Apps and Power Automate within Power Platform
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and other apps via APIs and cloud patterns
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Participate in solution architecture, design reviews, and coding best practices
• Support CI/CD deployments using Azure DevOps and Git
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis
• Support Dynamics 365 upgrades and ongoing platform improvements
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Provide ongoing production support for critical applications
