Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to join our Richmond, VA team in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise across Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) to design, configure, and deploy enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 Customer Service experience.
• Customization, configuration, deployment and use of Dynamics 365.
• Strong Power Platform skills: Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• .NET, C#, and SQL development experience.
• Azure knowledge and data integration concepts.
• DevOps experience in Power Platform/D365 environments.
• Ability to gather requirements, design, test and provide support.

Responsibilities

• Expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement - Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
• Customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage of Dynamics 365.
• Assist in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Design, develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform and C#.
• Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 issues and document solutions with IT resources.
• Understand licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Develop documentation on platform usage and governance.
• Prepare mockups/prototypes based on requirements using Power Platform features/tools.
• Serve as liaison between IT and business units for issue logging and resolution.
• Advise on differentiating Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other offerings.
• Contribute to process and policy improvements in the Business Enablement Services program.
• Preferred Experience with Devops in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
• Other duties as assigned.
