Job summary

Protective is seeking an Application Developer to build, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 solutions. You will design and extend automations using the Power Platform and Azure services, collaborating with IT and business stakeholders in an agile environment.

The role requires strong communication, independence, and the ability to deliver multiple workstreams within deadlines. Insurance industry knowledge (LOMA) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related subject preferred.
• 3+ years IT development experience.
• 1+ years hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Development.
• Dataverse experience and data modeling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT to evaluate and propose solutions.
• Develop specifications for enterprise solutions with product owners and stakeholders.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Agile methods.
• Document interfaces and architecture of enterprise applications and integrations.
• Drive standards for development and design techniques used by enterprise teams.
• Monitor trends in enterprise platforms and determine relevance.
