Guidehouse seeks a Sr Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform Developer to lead design, development, and deployment of Dynamics 365 case management solutions for client engagements. You will work with architects, business analysts, and client teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical designs, and deliver high-quality configurations and customizations.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of professional experience.
• Minimum four years implementing and managing enterprise CRM solutions (Dynamics CRM/365).
• Experience translating technical information into business concepts.
• Experience working in hybrid environments and on-site client deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver case management solutions within required timelines.
• Collaborate with client teams, project leads, architects, and business analysts.
• Develop and customize Dynamics CRM implementations across all project phases.
• Create user flows, wireframes, system diagrams, and prototypes; document risks and mitigations.
