Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a hands-on senior software engineer to design, configure and develop custom solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules. You will lead development efforts, mentor teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across SaaS/PaaS environments.

The role requires strong C#, SQL, .NET, PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate skills, with experience across all MS Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement modules. A hybrid work setup is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with Power Platform
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules and SaaS/PaaS environments
• Strong C#, SQL, .NET and CRM SDK/Plugins skills
• Experience developing business apps using Power Platform core tools

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop Power Apps solutions within Microsoft Power Platform
• Support and enhance the MPP application and related Dynamics 365 components
• Present information to executives and client stakeholders; collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Participate in full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365 and ERP-related initiatives
