Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a hands-on senior software engineer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Apps and Dynamics 365. You will design and develop custom Power Platform solutions, support the MPP application, and present to executives.

Strong leadership, client development, and communication skills are required to engage C-level stakeholders and boards. A hybrid work setup and ongoing cloud initiatives are offered.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is contractually required for this role.
• Minimum of three years of professional experience.
• Selected candidate must be able to work in a hybrid environment.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience / Dynamics CRM / PowerApps / Power Automate.
• Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
• Experience with one or more D365 modules: CE, PSA, Field Service, Sales, Marketing.
• Experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation principles and methodologies.
• Experience across MS Dynamics D365 Customer Engagement modules.
• Experience with MS BI Stack: SSIS, SSAS, SSRS.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Power Platform.
• Support and build on the MPP application and related Dynamics 365 components.
• Present information to C-level management and boards with clear communication.
• Provide monitoring and issue resolution for batch jobs and integrations.
