Job summary

Protective seeks an Application Developer to build, enhance, and support Dynamics 365 solutions across the business. You will design web components in C#, SQL, .Net, JavaScript and extend Power Platform automations while collaborating with IT and business partners in an agile setting.

The role requires deep technical problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to deliver multiple initiatives within deadlines. Insurance domain knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years IT development experience.
• 1+ years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure Development.
• Experience with Dataverse and data modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices.
• Insurance industry knowledge or LOMA exposure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT to define requirements and specifications.
• Design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 solutions and Power Platform automations.
• Implement architectures and integrations across Azure services and enterprise platforms.
• Adhere to coding standards, code reviews, and CI/CD processes.
• Communicate progress and technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
