Job summary

Soni is seeking an experienced Senior CRM Architect to lead the design and implementation of our Dynamics 365-based platform. You will define architecture, patterns, and DevOps practices for enterprise-grade solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.

You will act as the technical authority, mentor engineers, review code, and collaborate with external integrators to ensure security, compliance, and high quality. Familiarity with ALM, CI/CD, and security is essential.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• Deep experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Proven ability to define architecture, patterns, and engineering standards.
• Dataverse ALM expertise, multi-environment strategies, security roles.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture, design patterns, coding standards, and engineering best practices for the CRM platform.
• Architect and develop complex solutions across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure.
• Provide expert Dataverse plugin development using C#, client-side scripting, workflows, and business rules.
• Own the platform's ALM/DevOps strategy, including environment management, solution packaging, release pipelines, and promotion governance.
• Establish and enforce security, compliance, testing, and engineering quality standards.
• Serve as the technical lead and primary contact for external integrators/vendors.
• Review architecture, code, and deliverables from internal engineers and external partners.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance on complex problems.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, standards, and best practices.
• Evaluate emerging Dynamics, Power Platform, Azure, and AI-assisted development technologies.
