UKG is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Technical Resource to drive configuration and customization for mergers and acquisitions. You will bridge business requirements with technical implementation, coordinating with development teams for custom object development and ensuring smooth data migration and integrations.

The role emphasizes collaboration with finance, HR, operations, and sales, with a strong focus on process improvement, governance, and end-to-end delivery in complex environments.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 configuration and customization.
• 3+ years of experience working on Mergers & Acquisitions or system consolidation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in configuring Sales, Service, or Finance & Operations modules within Dynamics 365.
• Experience building and optimizing business process flows, workflows, and automated processes.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with development teams and understand custom code implementations.
• Strong background in data migration and integration between systems.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) preferred.
• Exposure to API integrations and custom plugin/extension development concepts.

Aufgaben

• Lead configuration and customization efforts for Dynamics 365 in M&A initiatives.
• Coordinate with business teams, finance, HR, operations, and sales to gather requirements.
• Develop data models, security roles, and field-level security; implement power automate flows.
• Collaborate with developers on solutions architecture and code reviews.
• Plan and execute data migration and integrations between legacy and target systems.
• Support testing, deployment, and user training for new configurations.
